Rediffusion Television

From conception in 1927, the name Rediffusion was synonymous with the Radio and Television broadcast industry.

From the early days of relaying radio programmes (and later television) through its cable distribution system to TV set manufacture, computers, flight simulators, television broadcasting, telecommunications - Rediffusion became a major force in the international electronics market with operations worldwide.

The Rediffusion Group became a victim of it's own success and was broken up and sold by it's parent BET in the mid 1980's.
